RITUALS

Four things.
Two minutes.

The Moutivo Mito is the serve we sketched over four long years on the island. Three more serves take its lead and walk in different directions (a spritz, a sour, a tonic) for the hour that opens the table.

“A toast to what was, what is, and to everything yet to arrive.”
ALTERNATIVE SERVES

Three ways to stretch the hour.

Same bottle. Different weather. Pick the serve that matches the light outside your window.
GOLDEN PROTOCOL

Three rules we repeat.

01

Ice matters.

Large, clean, fresh. It holds longer, dilutes less, and keeps the aperitif's profile intact.

02

Peel before juice.

Express the peel over the glass to release citrus oil. The juice comes later. or it doesn't. Most of the time, it doesn't.

03

No rush on the toast.

The aperitif opens the table. Serve it before the meal, with something salty alongside: olives, almonds, jamón.

A drink created to taste like a moment.

Four things, two minutes.
