It started as a notebook and two questions: what would a golden hour taste like if you could bottle it, and why had nobody tried from Ibiza yet. Four years later we had an answer.

Italian-inspired. Made in Spain.
It isn’t Italy and it isn’t Ibiza: it’s what happens when one learns from the other. Italian vermouths taught us the craft. The Western Mediterranean handed us the botanicals. We made it in Spain because that’s where the masters and the ingredients lived.
